Client Care Coordinator – St Vincents

 

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our clinic located inside St Vincents Private Hospital, Darlinghurst.
Experienced admin and/or customer service professionals are encouraged to apply.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will ensure we are providing an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You’ll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as 2IC for the clinic, assisting with rostering and arranging/providing cover where required
  • Providing training and general support to the Client Care team
  • Supporting and increasing the efficiency of clinic operations across the region
  • Supporting clinic operations at the front of house – greeting clients, assisting with client and doctor enquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices
  • Accurate billing of appointments
  • Other general office duties

 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (prior healthcare or hearing care experience will be highly regarded)
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
  • Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Greater Sydney clinics from time to time.

Audiologist – Brisbane

 

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Audiologist for our well-established clinic in Brisbane.

This is a permanent full-time role, 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

  • Help clients with their hearing and balance problems by providing professional recommendations about best rehabilitation options and providing clear rehabilitation programs considering the client’s difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.
  • Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meet our clients’ needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
  • Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Take part in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.

 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Adult Rehabilitation. Diagnostic and paediatric experience will be highly regarded.
  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
