Before choosing a clinic, I undertook a fair amount of research into hearing aid providers. I wanted someone I felt I could trust, someone that was reasonably near to my home, and someone who was not linked to a brand or offered commissions. Neurosensory filled the bill. Following the hearing assessment, it was obvious that I needed hearing aids. At no time was there pressure applied to go to the most expensive.
I was offered a trial, and this proved invaluable in assisting with the assessment of my requirements, and after discussion with the audiologist, I was more than satisfied with the level of hearing aids chosen. Instructions as their use and maintenance was comprehensive, and the follow up visit allowed for some minor adjustments.
Although I was prepared that hearing aids would most likely be the outcome of a test, learning that I needed a set of hearing aids did not necessarily sit comfortably with me. Your team provided assurance, and the manner in which they communicated with me was very positive.
